Texas Independence Day Red - 5.6% ABV (American Red Ale)
How did fewer than 200 Alamo defenders last 13 days against 6,000 troops? The answer is better beer. While the Mexicans were drinking cheap lagers and dreaming of sitting on beaches or being interesting men, the Texans were imbibing liquid courage from this strong amber ale while they prepared for battle. We remember their bravery with this Texas Red.
Ginger Pale Ale - 5.1% ABV (Pale Ale)
A solid American Pale Ale with an added dose of ginger for a refreshing springtime beer.
Vanilla Bourbon Porter - 6.2% ABV (Porter)
March can be cold, and if it is, you will want this fortified porter to keep warm.
Nugget Smash - 4.5% ABV (Pale Ale)
The latest in our experiments with different hop varieties, this pale ale features the Nugget hop. Nugget hops are known for their herbal aromas and woody tones. At 4.5%, this is a sessionable ale that can be enjoyed all day.
Gentry Castle Magic - 9.8% ABV (Belgian Trippel)
This is a fun beer to make and a fun beer to drink. With ingredients like rock candy, coriander and golden syrup, you get a complex Belgian style beer with 9.8% ABV. Be careful with this one.
Albino Orangutan - 5.3% ABV (Cream Ale)
Vanilla, orange peel and lactose combine to make a cream ale anyone can enjoy
Sajlet - ???% ABV (????)
Who knows? I certainly don't want to get into Saj's mind and figure it out. Our best guess is that it started out as a Black IPA then went uphill from there.
Additional Beers
We make so much beer that sometimes forget about kegs hiding in garages, and bottles left in storage closets. Be on the lookout for some of our random beers (and ciders), some of which we are not even sure what they are, or when we made them.
Out of Production
Cinnamon Pale Ale - 5.7% ABV (Pale Ale)
Our standard pale ale infused with a lot of cinnamon. I bet you can't drink a whole pint!
El Hefe - 5.0% ABV (Hefeweizen)
A perfectly crafted hefeweizen that is a good change from all those hophead-fueled creations. Our friend Jeff thinks we named it after him... and maybe we did!
Lawnmower - 4.9% ABV (Kolsch)
Our best attempt
at paying homage to St. Arnold's Lawnmower. Mainly to test our new brewing system because we knew the excellence we were trying to achieve.
The Pillager - 5.9% ABV (American IPA)
A strong IPA that tickles your tongue with American hops and thoughts of setting fire to the peasants.
Russian Imperial Stout - 12% ABV (Imperial Stout)
Brewed as a nod to those commie bastards across the pond. We know what they're still up to and we want them to know what we've been tinkering with. Detonate this WMD on your palate and wreak havoc on your brain function for hours to come.
Spicy Seniorita (Hatch) - 5.3% ABV (Mexican Pilsner)
A special edition of the Spicy Seniorita. Brewed once a year, this version adds Hatch peppers along with the habaneros and jalapenos. Also, like her spicy sister, still packs a punch.
Trippel IPA - 8.1% ABV (Belgian IPA)
Part IPA, part Belgian, part crazy, 100% Texan.

cider from our labs that has notes of hefeweizen beer but the gluten-free qualities of shitty pear cider.
Honey-fied Cider - 5.6% ABV (Apple Cider)
For our gluten-intolerant folks (and those who need a rest from getting plowed on beer), this is another concoction out of ACB Labs that combines
a great yeast, 100% apple juice, and dry hops. Surely this will delight all types of beer drinkers.
Chickenshit #2 - 8.5% ABV (???)
This is a collection of left over grains thrown together with a collection of left over hop dust. All we know is that we used a Belgian yeast and this could possibly make you go blind.

Chocolate Orange Ale - 4.7% ABV (Seasonal)
The cinnamon and orange flavors will remind you of a warm fire on a cold evening. Don't overlook the Belgian chocolate notes at the back end!
Mochanut - 6.4% ABV (Porter)
The latest creation from ACB Labs, this combines basic porter attributes with toasted coconut and mocha coffee. The sweetness of the coconut wraps around the chocolatey coffee flavor that will keep you drunk and awake all night.
Sour Oktoberfest - 5.1% ABV (Marzen)
We feel it is our duty as Texans near a German settlement to take a shot at our own Oktoberfest brew. Lagered for over two months, this version of a popular brew should delight your tongue and various other sensibilities. We introduced a propietary bacteria strain to add a little sourness to the maltiness.
Pumpkin Ale - 7.1% ABV (Pumpkin Ale)
Its Halloween time and we decided to make a tribute to the Great Pumpkin! Unlike the *real* Great Pumpkin, this one will actually show up to the delight of your taste buds.
Red Rover - 5.8% ABV (Rye)
Don't worry about coming over to this one, this rye wheat blend will dance across your taste buds in addition to getting you closer to solving the world's problems.
Spicy Seniorita - 5.2% ABV (Pilsner)
This little gal is the girl next door who grew up to be a knock out... and carries a bottle of MACE. She's a cruel temptress who packs a wallop and make your mouth burn with the pleasure of knowing her. Jalapeños, habaneros, and serranos all up in your grill.
Texas Empire #1 & #2 - 8.8% ABV (American Imperial Red)
A step up from our Texas Independence Day Red, these are a little stronger than the baby brother. Now you will have the strength to try to take over the world!
Toasted Coconut Cream Ale - 5.8% ABV (Cream Ale)
One of the more popular of our brews, this ale is silky smooth and goes down a little too easy (just like your mother). Not too sweet, but not too beer-y, this one is popular year round.
Habanero Cider - 4.9% ABV (Apple Cider, Gluten Free)
